I attended my first ever retreat with Tanya and Nafisa in 2025. I had no idea what it would entail and was overwhelmed by the amazing experience.
The home and organisers allowed privacy when needed and multiple opportunities to come together.
We enjoyed amazing food, and wonderful company. The highlight for me were the Pilates and Yoga Nidra classes.
Tanya is a phenomenal communicator and instructor. Seeking to enhance the individual experience and goals through a group class isn’t easy and she did it flawlessly. I was challenged mentally and physically, and ultimately have now added what I learnt to my daily activity routine.
Nafisa provided expert guided mediation through calming, deep relaxation yoga Nidra. This practice improved all our sleep and cleared our minds of the race of living in 2025 .
I returned feeling ready to take on the world and continue both their teachings daily.
I highly recommend this retreat and I’ll definitely be returning.

As someone who works full-time in a busy, high-stress job and sits at a desk all day, I was craving a weekend where I could truly switch off, drop into my body, and feel calm again. This retreat delivered exactly that.
I’m not new to Pilates, yet I really appreciated how the classes were thoughtfully modified to suit everyone—whether you’re brand new, experienced, or somewhere in between. It created such a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. The Yoga Nidra was a beautiful and unexpected highlight; simply lying down and listening to the peaceful chants was exactly what I needed to fully switch off and reset my nervous system.

This retreat was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and completely free of pressure—there was no expectation to do everything, just plenty of space for “me time” and to move at my own pace. It was my first experience with Pilates, and it was so gently and clearly guided that I felt supported the whole way, while still noticing real benefits in my body. The yoga nidra sessions were incredibly relaxing and deeply restorative. Having a two-day escape from a crazy busy life felt like a gift. Whether you’re a yoga or Pilates regular, or someone simply looking for a calm, nourishing, and different kind of getaway, I would highly recommend this retreat.

Thank you for a truly beautiful retreat in San Remo. Everything was so well organised from start to finish. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, with each room having its own ensuite, which made the stay incredibly comfortable.
The small group size created such a friendly, relaxed, and intimate atmosphere. Although I had only done a little Pilates before, the classes were very accessible and allowed everyone to go at their own pace. The mix of Pilates and meditation was wonderful and really balanced the experience.
There was also some free time to explore the area, which was lovely, and it was great to all go out together for a social dinner. The food provided at the house was absolutely delicious and such a highlight of the retreat.

I attended Tanya and Nafisa’s weekend Pilates retreat last year, and had an absolutely wonderful experience.
The space was beautiful, and the accommodation was very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind.
The balance between Pilates and meditation was thoughtfully designed, and I felt both physically stronger and mentally more peaceful by the end of the retreat. It was truly restorative and regenerative, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge and reconnect with themselves.

I had no knowledge of Yoga Nidra and was surprised by how quick and effective was the first session. I really looked forward to the 2nd and 3rd sessions.
I thought the whole weekend was well structured. The sessions were well spaced. The ability to watch the videos later was a wonderful feature.

What did you enjoy most about the retreat?
The chance to have 3 days of focused activity in the middle of isolation was just what I needed. It gave me a fun structured few days.
