Facilitated by Nafisa, who is Intuitive Coach, NLP and Hypnosis practitioner, and Tanya, a multi-modality practitioner specializing in Pilates, Barre, hypnotherapy, and life coaching, this immersive experience will deliver powerful outcomes:

How Will the Retreat Unfold

The 3-day, 2-night Pilates & Yoga Nidra Retreat is designed to provide a deeply restorative and inspiring experience.

⏰ Arrival: 3:00 PM | Departure: 10:00 AM

📍 Location: San Remo – with stunning views across Phillip Island foreshore and only a 10-minute walk to Bore Beach, where you can feel the warm sand under your feet and take in the sheer beauty this region is known for.

🏡 Accommodation: You’ll stay in a beautiful two-storey retreat house, with plenty of space to unwind in comfort and privacy.   It offers:

✔️ Eight master bedrooms, each with a private ensuite and smart lock access for privacy.

✔️ Spacious living areas featuring a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace, luxurious adjustable backrest lounge suites, and an exquisite dining setting.

  • 3 rooms: One King Bed + Ensuite

  • 5 rooms: One King Single Bed + One Queen Bed + Ensuite

Sample Itinerary for the Retreat

📅 Arrival Day – 24th October 2025

From 3:00 PM – Participants arrive, check into their rooms, and enjoy a welcome tour of the property.

3:45 PM – Connect with fellow participants and set intentions for the retreat.

4:15 PM – Mat Pilates session to ease into movement and reconnect with your body. (Tanya)

5:30 PM – Yoga Nidra session before dinner to unwind and transition into deep relaxation.  (Nafisa)

7:00 PM – Dinner at a local eatery (optional, at own cost) to enjoy delicious food and connection.

 

🌞 Saturday – 25th October 2025

6:30 AM – Morning walk (optional) to embrace the fresh air and natural beauty.

7:30 AM – Pilates on Mat to strengthen and energize the body. (Tanya)

9:00 AM – Nourishing breakfast to fuel the day.

11:00 AM – Guided Facilitation session to deepen relaxation and emotional release. (Nafisa)

4:00 PM – Afternoon Pilates on Mat to realign and refine movement. (Tanya)

6:00 PM – Dinner at a local eatery (optional, at own cost).

8:30 PM – Evening Guided Facilitation session to unwind and prepare for restful sleep. (Nafisa)

6:45 AM – Pilates on Mat to energize before departure. (Tanya)

⚡ Attending Classes Is Optional - All Pilates and mindfulness sessions are voluntary, allowing participants to join as they feel comfortable.  Whether you prefer to engage in every class or take time for quiet reflection, this retreat is designed to support your personal journey.

This itinerary offers a beautiful balance of movement, relaxation, and mindful connection, ensuring participants can fully experience renewal and inspiration in a way that feels right for them.


Answers to Common Questions

  • What if I want my male partner to join me?

    • To ensure all participants feel comfortable sharing this beautiful retreat space, we’ve decided to offer the experience exclusively to female participants.

·        What if I have no previous experience practicing Pilates?

o   Pilates on Mat classes are suitable for all levels.  Modifications will be offered based on your experience and fitness level, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably and confidently.

  • Do you offer lunch/dinner for retreat participants?

    • To make the retreat affordable for everyone, the cost includes breakfast only.  However, we’ll organize optional group dinners on Friday and Saturday night at a local eatery.  If you’d like to join, simply cover the cost of your meal.

  • What if I want to join classes only and stay in my own accommodation?

    • We offer a classes-only option for those who prefer to arrange their own stay.  The cost is $150 for all-inclusive access to classes throughout the retreat.

·        What do I need to bring with me?

o   Bring a Pilates mat and ball—if you don’t have them, let us know, and we’ll organize them for you.
Pack a light blanket for Yoga Nidra and relaxation sessions to stay cozy and fully immerse in the practice.
A pair of socks will be useful for Pilates classes.
You may also want to bring a journal if you'd like to reflect and document your experience.
