Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply with respect to your Pilates and Yoga Nidra Retreat booking, and forms the basis of your contract with “Equilibrium Pilates Studio”.

1.        All arrangements are made subject to the following terms and conditions.  When you make a booking with ‘Equilibrium Pilates Studio’ you undertake that you have the authority to accept, and do accept, these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party.  A contract will exist upon our accepting any monies from you towards the booking, or upon the issue of our Confirmation/Invoice, whichever is the earlier.

2.        Prices are in AUD and are inclusive of all taxes and fees

3.        Any meals, activities, and purchases that are not stipulated in the itinerary are not included in the price of the package and are the participant’s responsibility.

4.        Cancellations must be made in writing to us by the person who made the booking.  Any cancellation notice will become effective from the date of receipt by us (Equilibrium Pilates Studio) of the written notice.  The following cancellation charges will be levied:

a.     Full Refund: Cancel before 10th August at midnight to get back 100% of your payment.

b.     Partial Refund: Cancel before 15th September at midnight to receive 50% of every night's cost.

c.     No Refund: Cancellations after 22nd September at midnight are non-refundable.

5.        If you fail to arrive on the date of your retreat stay, or you leave early, your payment is non-refundable, and the booking is non-transferrable to another date.

6.        If you are travelling from overseas, travel insurance is recommended.  Equilibrium Pilates Studio does not take any responsibility for changes in travel plans, change of mind, or transport changes.

7.        We shall not accept responsibility or liability for, and the participant waives any right to hold this retreat’s organisers liable for:

  • Any changes or delays in air schedules, missed airlines, other carrier connections or other services

  • Any changes with the travel restrictions from any others Australian states other than VIC

  • Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including luggage

  • Additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs or schedule

  • Additional expenses incurred or due to sudden sickness, weather conditions, strikes or other causes or acts of God

  • Losses due to cancellations. 

8.        We reserve the right to withdraw or modify at any time the arrangements advertised where necessary to do so.  In the unlikely event of the accommodation advertised not being available, we will endeavour to provide suitable alternative accommodation.

9.        The Pilates and Yoga Nidra Retreat is subject to a minimum number of bookings and we therefore reserve the right to cancel if this criterion is not met.  In this event, we will return all monies which you have paid.  In no case will your holiday be cancelled within four weeks of departure except in the event of circumstances outside our control.
