The San Remo Rebalance 2026
After the overwhelmingly positive response to last year’s San Remo retreat, we’re returning with a renewed offering designed to help you recharge, reconnect, and build strength — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This year’s San Remo Rebalance (30 April – 3 May 2026) brings together three powerful modalities:
Pilates on Mat to cultivate core strength, alignment, and mindful movement
Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation for deep relaxation and inner connection
And for the first time, Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ, a somatic and nervous system-based modality. It combines principles from both Eastern and Western traditions to work with the spine, nervous system and subtle physiological patterns that influence a person's wellbeing. Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ uses low force and often non-contact techniques to engage the body’s innate capacity to reorganise.
Held in the serene coastal town of San Remo, Victoria, this retreat offers more than just practices — it’s a sanctuary. Nestled between ocean and bushland, San Remo invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in nature’s rhythm. Each day is an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and step into a more vibrant, balanced version of yourself.
As Joseph Pilates famously said, “Contrology develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit.”
This Immersion Retreat is guided by three experienced facilitators who each bring a unique pathway into healing, strength, and inner alignment. Parisa offers a deeply integrative, body‑led approach informed by Spinal Energetics, NLP (Trainer & Master Practitioner), Reiki Levels I, II & Masters, Hypnosis, and Ho‘oponopono Ancient Healing. Nafisa is an Intuitive Coach and practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis, supporting emotional clarity, mindset shifts, and inner alignment. Tanya is a multi‑modality practitioner specialising in Pilates, Barre, hypnotherapy, and life coaching, guiding you into strength, mobility, and embodied wellbeing.
